The MAC 2P performs folding, gluing and stitching in a fully automatic process for the production of corrugated boxes.
Its key strength lies in its ability to handle exceptionally large formats.
Gazzella Atlantique has notably engineered the world’s largest fully automatic MAC 2P, capable of processing corrugated boxes exceeding 7 metres in size.
This capability meets the needs of manufacturers producing very large corrugated boxes while maintaining a high level of automation and productivity.
Up to 1,000 boxes per hour
In addition to its exceptional dimensional capabilities, the MAC 2P can also reach high production rates:
Up to 700 two-piece boxes per hour
Up to 1,000 one-piece boxes per hour
It is therefore particularly well suited to production requirements combining large formats, automation and high output.
